You may be happy to risk making a loss on the sale of your employee’s home whilst incurring other relocation costs, and offer a traditional guaranteed purchase scheme. If so, KRS can support you with this too.
With a guaranteed home sale, the company underwrites a guaranteed price for their employee’s home in the old location. This leaves the employee free to purchase a home in the new location, based on the guaranteed price and without the need to find a buyer for their old home.
KRS manage guaranteed purchase schemes from valuation to completion. We work to get you the best sale price for the property. Through our network of suppliers we can procure and manage estate agents, solicitors and removals. We can also manage any vacant property on your behalf, including maintenance.
Please note your company will fund this scheme in full. Therefore, you must be in a position to provide the guaranteed price for your employee’s home and accept liability for any loss should the property fail to sell at the agreed price.
